In the district of Fenals, 1.5 km from the centre of Lloret, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach, located by a road, south facing position. For shared use: garden with lawn, swimming pool (13 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 01.Oct. pool opening hours: 09:00-21:00). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
