Cau de Llop: Residence situated in the first row from the sea apartment block "Puerto De La Selva". 1 km from the centre of Llançà, in a sunny position on a slope, 50 m from the sea. Stepped path to the house. Shopping centre 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Ayuntamiento Llançà" 1.6 km, railway station "Llançà" 2.4 km, pebble beach 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 17 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: Additional accommodations can be booked. Access to the Cau del Llop beach via steps.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
