Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (1 x 135 cm), air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm). 1 room with 1 bed (110 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. No heating option. Large terrace. Private: courtyard, public parking on the road. Shop 200 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant 200 m, bakery, railway station "Llançà". Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, surf school 300 m. Nearby attractions: Golf Peralada 18 km, Aquabrava (Aquapark) Roses 18 km. Hiking paths: Parc natural del Cap de Creus, Serra de Rodes, Parc natural de l'Albera. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
