On the first floor: spacious living room with fireplace, several sofas, wifi and bedroom with 1.50 bed. On the second floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 1.50 bed + 2 x 90 beds + a bathroom with shower + sink (sink) in the hallway for the comfort of guests. The location of the house is unbeatable, located in the center of the town on a dead-end street, which guarantees tranquility and privacy. Ideal to enjoy with family or friends, whether chatting by the fireplace or sharing fun moments with table games. This vacation home provides the perfect setting for an unforgettable vacation! Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
