The holiday home for 8 persons has five bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool (private, outdoors), a patio, a barbecue, a balcony, an air conditioner, a terrace and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Private: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) lawn, swimming pool angular (9 x 4 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house. There is a lake/open water less than 30 meter. You can also relax, because near Marea in L'Ametlla de Mar you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
