Outside the resort Castell de Montornés, in a quiet position residential area (villas), 7 km from the sea, 7 km from the beach. Private: terraced garden. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 6 km, shopping centre 20 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, sandy beach "playa de Torredembarra" 7 km. There is a lake/open water less than 7 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Torrent in La Pobla de Montornès you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
