Port de la Selva: Cosy single-family house "Rec de Canet". 2.7 km from the centre of Port de la Selva, in a sunny position on top of a hill, 1.5 km from the sea, 1.5 km from the beach. Steep motor access. Stepped path (14 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 2.8 km, restaurant 2.5 km, railway station "LLançà" 7.5 km, sandy beach "Platja de l'Arola" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
