Kitchen (oven, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, microwave) with hatch. Bath/WC. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Please note: TV only ES. HUTG-024040
El Port de la Selva: Apartment block "Pinos", 4 storeys. In the centre of El Port de la Selva, in a central position, 100 m from the sea, from the beach. In the house: roof terrace (for shared use). Stepped path (30 steps) to the house. Shop 50 m, restaurant 25 m, pebble beach 100 m, diving center 500 m. Sports harbour 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 25 km. Nearby attractions: Cadaqués 13 km, Aquabrava Roses (Aquapark) 20 km, Golf Peralada 25 km, Museo Dalí Figueres 20 km. Hiking paths: Parc Natural del Cap de Creus, Serra de Rodes. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
