Supermarket 750 m, restaurant, bar 60 m, bus stop "estacion de tren Cunit" 1.5 km, railway station "Cunit" 1.5 km, sandy beach "Valparaiso" 10 m. Nearby attractions: Barcelona 59 km, Sitges 19 km, Tarragona 45 km, Port Aventura 56 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
