Mas Pere 2 km from Calonge: Comfortable house "Mas Companys". Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Calonge, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 6 km from the sea. Private: beautiful, well-kept terraced garden (fenced), natural garden (fenced), swimming pool angular, fenced (4 x 10 m, depth 80 - 180 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). 1.6 km long bumpy motor access to the house. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
