For shared use: natural garden, swimming pool (45 m2, depth 70 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Private: property, terraced garden, parking at the house. Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, sandy beach "Sa Riera" 2 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km. Nearby attractions: Illes Medes 20 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

There is a lake/open water less than 2 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Casa 1 (BAG215) in Begur you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
