The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo, a fireplace, a DVD player and six heaters. In addition there is a barbecue, a balcony, a pond, a set of garden furniture, a garden and a boules court and there are four terraces. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, two showers and four washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playpen and a playground equipment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, two dishwashers and a coffee maker.

The holiday home is surrounded by 36,000 m² of private land, and it was designed by the well-known Spanish architect Antonio Salvador. The attractive bedrooms are beautifully furnished and feature breathtaking views of the Castilian countryside. The living room has a cozy fireplace and the beautifully landscaped garden is home to many trees, a pond, a barbecue and a hammock. You will also find excellent facilities for children, such as swings and slides. There is private parking with electronic gates at the main entrance."

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
