The holiday home for 15 persons has seven bathrooms and seven bedrooms and is equipped with 13 single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with 12 heaters, two televisions, a radio and two fireplaces. In addition there is a bicycle, a terrace, a garden, a bicycle parking, a set of garden furniture and a barbecue and there are 12 air conditioners and two patios. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with seven showers, a bath or shower, a bidet, eight washbasins, seven toilets and a bath.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a tumble dryer, a Internet connection (wireless), a washing machine and a garage.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a playground equipment and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a wood stove, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

This mansion is located in the small town of Pozo Lorente, in the heart of La Manchuela. You can go to Chinchilla of Montearagon, a beautiful town with a medieval castle. Visit Alcalá del Júcar for activities on the Júcar river and its artificial beach, gymkhanas, canoeing, rafting, etc. The city of La Mancha is 20 minutes from Albacete with its museums, restaurants, parks, and shops. At 350 m from the house is a public swimming pool. You have to pay extra cost at the entrance to use the swimming pool.

The villa used to be an old mill and has the original features of a Spanish 'palace'. It offers a dining room with a piano, a music room and a library.

The wood for the fireplace is on request and at an additional cost.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
