The estate consists of 3 separate houses: La Casona, El Pajar and El molino. Small, comfortable, historical windmill "El Molino", from the 18th century, surrounded by trees. In a secluded, sunny position, 15 km from the sea, 10 m from the river. For shared use: garden with plants and trees, parking at the house. Restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bakery 1.5 km, sandy beach 15 km. Nearby attractions: San Vicente de la Barquera 25 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: Property ref. BF-NHHPN is situated on the same property.

There is a lake/open water less than 15 kilometer. You can also relax, because near El Molino in Herrerías you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
