Shower/WC, sep. WC. No heating option. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed and shower/WC (private). Large terrace 80 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Tinajo: There is a small storehouse close to the house it belongs to the owner. Large, modern single-family house "Villa Mareta". In the resort, in a central, quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the sea. Private: swimming pool (8 x 4 m, depth 100 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Parking at the house. Supermarket 30 m, restaurant, bakery, café, internet café, bus stop 800 m. Please note: car recommended.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
