Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Porch. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2), covered balcony. Beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, safe, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 2024-T17805
Modern, very comfortable apartment block "Neptuno Suite Playa". In the centre of Taliarte, in the resort Telde, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking at the house. Bus stop "Rotonda Melenara" 500 m. Object suitable for 4 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€. Intermediate cleaning with change of linen for stays of more than 8 days.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
