Simple, comfortable apartment block "Buenavista", built in 1996, renovated in 2004. In the resort, in a central position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 400 m from the sea, located by a road. For shared use: swimming pool (5 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, children's playground. In the house: lift, sun terrace. Public parking on the road. Shop, grocery, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant, bar, bakery, café, pub garden 100 m, sandy beach 1 km, public bathing area 200 m. Sports harbour 200 m.

Payment terms and -periods
