Your holiday home is located in a quiet residential area and offers you a lot of comfort for a carefree holiday.
Together with Maspalmos, Playa del Inglés and Bahia Feliz, San Agustín forms one of the most famous tourist centers on the island. Compared to the neighboring town of Playa del Inglés, however, San Agustín is much quieter and more tranquil. Along the promenade you will find some excellent seafood restaurants as well as a selection of cafes, bars and shops and the beach is well sheltered making it ideal for families too. If you are looking for a little more variety, you can walk along the promenade to Playa del Inglés. Be sure to plan a day trip around the island. Discover, for example, the beautiful mountain villages of Teror and Fataga or the old town of the capital Las Palmas.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
