This stunning apartment with a large terrace is located in Solana Matorral in the Canary Islands. Ideal for two couples, guests can enjoy scenic views of the beach and access free WiFi here.
You can walk down to the sandy beach of Playa de Morro Jable, 700 metres away, and enjoy a day bathing in the sun. For surfers, a well-known surfing location, Cruz Roja, is also in the vicinity. You can also visit neighbouring towns of Morro Jable and Costa Calma.
The spacious living room features a dining area and a seating area. Both bedrooms feature an ensuite bathroom and an air conditioning facility. The open kitchen is well-equipped with an electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave and refrigerator. Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
