General

The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with two single beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV, a CD player and a heather. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a garden and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a tumble dryer and a washing machine.

Moya is an ideal starting point for long walks, even at higher temperatures. In the green and mountainous natural landscape, eucalyptus trees can be discovered, which also provides all walkers of pleasant shade.

In the kitchen, you can prepare delicious food. In the shared pool, you can enjoy refreshing dips. Close the day with relaxing sauna bath or you can relax in the well-furnished garden as well.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house The photos show examples of houses and living spaces. Only dogs up to 12 kg allowed. We recommend booking a rental car. Jacuzzi only on request (subject to availability). The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
