The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a roof terrace, a balcony, a swimming pool and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with four baths or showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and an oven.

If you wish, you can enjoy one of the best sunsets on the island from the top floor terrace; overlook the entire bay of Patalavaca from Arguineguín to Anfi del Mar and relax in the chill-out area with a book and a good wine. Patalavaca is very well connected to the rest of the South Island. It is only 3 kilometers from Puerto Rico, 20 minutes drive from Playa de Mogán, 15 minutes from the lighthouse of Maspalomas and 40 kilometers from Gran Canaria airport.The holiday villa is a few minutes walk from restaurants and supermarkets and the beaches from Patalavaca and Arguineguin.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
