The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a roof terrace, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a balcony. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, two baths or showers, five washbasins and two showers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with two coffee makers, a microwave, a stove and an oven.

Patalavaca is very well connected to the rest of the southern island. It is located just 3 kilometers from Puerto Rico, 20 minutes by car from Playa de Mogán, 15 minutes from the Maspalomas Lighthouse and 40 kilometers from Gran Canaria airport.
This holiday villa is a few minutes’ walk from restaurants and supermarkets and the beaches of Patalavaca and Arguineguín.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
