Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea. Very cosy, comfortable apartment block "Playa del Cura 3". Below Gran Canaria, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: swimming pool kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, patio, garden furniture. In the house: air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Bus stop "Playa del Cura" 250 m. Please note: baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 2 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
