Apartment block. In the centre of Playa Las Canteras, in a central, sunny position, in the heart of the city, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the beach. Nearby attractions: Acuario Poema del Mar 900 m, Dunas de Maspalomas 57 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Late arrivals will have an extra cost to be paid in cash: 20:30-22:00: 30€, 22:00-00:00: 50€, 00:00-01:30: 80€.
