Fully restored, the apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator. Inside, you'll find a comfortable living room with a sofa, TV, and a dining table for six. The modern kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and all the utensils you'll need to prepare your favorite meals. An independent laundry room offers a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

There are three bedrooms, each with a closet. One bedroom features a double bed with sea views, while the other two have two twin beds each. A cot and high chair are available for families traveling with babies. The apartment also has a modern toilet and a bathroom with a shower and bidet.

Located between the towns of Gandía and Cullera, Tavernes de Valldigna beach offers a family-friendly vibe and is perfect for windsurfing and sailing. The promenade, lined with terraces and shops, is ideal for leisurely walks.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
