The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds, a double bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two televisions. In addition there is a barbecue, a terrace, a swimming pool and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, a bidet, two washbasins and two showers.

It is an authentic and traditional house with large terraces and a beautiful solarium by the pool (heatable at an additional cost). Of course there is also a BBQ for cozy evenings. The holiday home is on one level and consists of 2 semi-detached houses for 4 people, each perfect for a family with children or of course for a larger family. Each part has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Peace and quiet are guaranteed here, here you can enjoy a peaceful holiday in a rural area, yet very close to all kinds of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets. You can reach it by car or on foot for those who like a nice walk. Ingenio is a small, charming village. The old part in particular is full of history and tradition, there are nice narrow streets, cozy cafes and restaurants. It is strategically located near the touristic southern part of the island; Meloneras and Maspalomas are only a 25-minute drive away. The holiday home can also be booked for 4 people under code BF-JWWTV, one part of the house will then be closed off.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
