General

The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a double sofa bed and five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a balcony or terrace, a hot tub, a terrace, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool, a sunbed, a barbecue, a bar, a table tennis table and a patio and there are two gardens. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with five baths or showers, a shower, seven washbasins and six urinals.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a Internet connection (wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a stove, a stovetop and a coffee maker.

The house is equipped with 5 suites with private bathrooms, four rooms with double beds and one quadruple room. Bed linen, towels, TV, dining areas, recreational area and fully equipped kitchen. There is a parking space available and free WiFi too.

The nearest airport Tenerife South Airport is only 7 minutes away by car.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
