General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a radio, a TV, a DVD player, a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a jacuzzi, a terrace, a set of garden furniture and a patio. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three toilets, three showers, a bidet and three hairdryers.

The holiday home has a Internet connection (wireless), a fridge, a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot (for rent).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave and two coffee makers.

True to the original restored finca on a 1,200 square meter plot in a quiet location with views of the sea and a whirlpool for private use. The main house and the four outbuildings have been lovingly restored and are grouped around an inner courtyard. The living room, the kitchen and one of the bedrooms are in the main building, the three bedrooms are each in an annex.

El Tanque is perfect for a quiet and relaxing holiday in the west of Tenerife. The perfect location offers numerous excursions, for example to Teide, Garachico, Puerto de la Cruz or La Orotava. The village is idyllically located and surrounded by dense pine forests. An absolute highlight in El Tanque is the Camello Center (camel farm) for families or, for sports enthusiasts, the 18-hole golf course in the surrounding area

Your accommodation:
In the part of the finca facing the mountain there is a building with a bedroom (1 double bed) with its own bathroom (shower, toilet, hairdryer) and a small dining area. There are also 2 further rooms (2x 1 double bed) without their own bathroom. Guests of these rooms use the spacious bathroom on the patio. All rooms are equipped with bed linen and hand or bath towels.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Like types B, C, D and E, but for 1-2 people. We recommend booking a rental car. The road to the holiday home is sometimes steep. We recommend booking a rental car. From October to April, two baskets of firewood are included in the rental price.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
