Urb. Radazul: Select urbanization with marina and stairway directly to the sea. There is also a shopping centre with shops, restaurant, pharmacy, newsagents, doctors. The house has a Morroccan corner which will be prepared only upon client’s request. The house is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility, because there is a stairway access to the property. 2-family house "Antequera". Outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Santa Cruz, 800 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: with 850 m2, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 60 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Arbour, barbecue. Stepped path (20 steps) to the house. Public parking on the road. There is a lake/open water less than 800 meter. You can also relax, because near Antequera in El Rosario you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
