The house has a Morroccan corner which will be prepared only upon client’s request. The house is not appropriate for people with reduced mobility, because there is a stairway access to the property. 2-family house "Antequera". Outside the resort, 7 km from the centre of Santa Cruz, 800 m from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: with 850 m2, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool kidney shaped (11 x 5 m, depth 1 - depth 60 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Arbour, barbecue. Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
