The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a terrace and a set of garden furniture and there are two balconies. You can park your car on a parking lot (public). The badroom is equipped with a shower, two toilets, a bidet, a massage shower and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a Internet connection (wireless) and a fridge-freezer.

Two approximately 100 year old Casas Rurales which have been lovingly restored and decorated with a successful mix of traditional furniture and modern elements. The properties are 700 meters above sea level on beautiful communal land and both have their own terrace with fantastic sea views.

Activities nearby: A wide range of water sports, from surfing to water skiing and diving, is available on the beaches of Costa Adeje and Los Cristianos. The region around Adeje is also ideal for golf enthusiasts: the 27-hole Costa Adeje golf course was designed by the renowned golf architect Pepe Gancedo. A tip for fish lovers is La Caleta: Here you can enjoy fresh fish directly by the sea. The view over the Atlantic Ocean at sunset is especially impressive.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
