General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (internationale zenders). In addition there is a tennis court, a balcony, a terrace, an air conditioner, a swimming pool (with children's pool and outdoors).

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (wireless) and a tumble dryer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.

Cosy, comfortable terraced house "Capitana", 2 storeys, built in 2002, renovated in 2017. Outside the resort Adeje, in a sunny position, 5 km from the sea, 5 km from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool (depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. pool opening hours: 10:00-18:00 and 10:00-21:00). Children's pool. Private: property 160 m2, public parking on the road. Supermarket 100 m, shopping centre 700 m, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 110 m, sandy beach 5 km. Golf course 2.5 km, tennis 250 m. Please note: motorway 1 km from the property. The main terrace has two electric awnings. ,For late arrivals between 21.00 - 7.00 an extra amount of 30€ will be charged.

There is a lake/open water less than 5 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Capitana in Adeje you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
