Enjoy an unforgettable Majorcan summer in this estate dated back to the 19th Century! The well-kept exteriors feature a private, 5mx 10m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.35m to 2.1m. Besides, there's an exterior shower if you fancy taking a shower before and after swimming in the pool. The pool is surrounded by a garden with eight sun loungers and a nice terrace with sunshade. There's a barbecue area if you fancy cooking - surprise your loved ones with tasty meat and grilled vegetables! Challenge friends and family at the ping-pong table while children enjoy the playground in the garden. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors so you'll enjoy privacy. This house offers a second home on 300m2 and two floors. Indoors, elegant comforts blend traditional decoration like stone-lined walls and wooden beams. There's a nice living room with TV-SAT and CD player. The coquettish kitchen is well equipped, featuring a gas stove, electric oven and cooking utensils. The dining area is open to the kitchen; comprising a spacious table where ten people can enjoy meals together. There's a bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, fan and a bath with bathtub as well as a toilet on the ground floor. The washing machine, iron and ironing board are in one of the bathrooms. There's a living area with two sofas, three bedrooms (two with two twin beds and one with a double bed) and a bath with bath tub on the first floor. All three bedrooms come with fan and wardrobe and are decorated in a cozy and traditional way. Vilafranca de Bonany is a quiet village in the centre of the island, where you can get to know the local life from within, between the local people. There is a small grocery store, for your basic needs, and in Manacor or Sineu you will find all other services, like bigger supermarkets, shops or restaurants. The village is easily connected to other places, like Palma, with its museums, art galleries and restaurants, Cala Millor with its huge touristic offer and Cales de Mallorca with its beautiful small coves. Between Vilafranca and Petra, you will find the small hill “Bonany”, with a nice ermitage and spectacular views over almost the whole island. Pets are not allowed. Celebration of events and parties is not permitted. Contact the advertiser for possible additional charges. There's exterior parking for 3 cars. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory general deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. Payment terms and -periods
