General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a set of garden furniture, four air conditioners, a barbecue and a swimming pool. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three showers, three toilets, three washbasins and a bidet.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker and a stove.

This delightful villa features a sunny terrace and a beautifully landscaped garden, perfect for relaxation. The chlorine pool (10 x 4 meters) invites you to cool off with depths ranging from 1.1 to 1.4 meters. Enjoy the sun on one of the eight loungers or take a refreshing dip. An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off before a barbecue under the large parasol, using the convenient gas grill.

Recently renovated with modern style, the two-story house boasts a spacious living room with air-conditioning and TV, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and an island with stools, while the dining area features a large table for eight. The independent laundry room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board.

There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a closet. One bedroom on the main floor has a double bed and is adapted for reduced mobility. The three upstairs bedrooms include one double with an en-suite shower and terrace access, and two with twin beds. Cots and high chairs are available for families.

Located in Vilafranca de Bonany, just 350 meters from the town center, the villa offers easy access to basic services and rural paths for walking and exploring. The MA-15 road leads to beautiful eastern beaches, including Porto Cristo, 24 km away.

Exterior parking is available for one car. Please note, guests under 25 years are not accepted unless traveling as a family. Copies of all guests' passports are required for booking. Pets and events are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
