General

The holiday home for 8 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a twin trundle, two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, three balconies or terraces, a barbecue, a swimming pool, four air conditioners and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with four toilets, three showers, three washbasins and a bath.

The pool measures 6 x 4 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2 meters, ensuring a safe environment for children. Relax on one of the four sun loungers under the parasol, or refresh yourself with the outdoor shower after a swim. Several covered terraces provide inviting spots to enjoy appetizers or savor delicious barbecued meals.

Inside, the house spans two floors. The main level welcomes you with a spacious living-dining room equipped with satellite TV, a wood cooker, and large windows that offer views of the pool and kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with a gas and ceramic hob, oven, and all necessary utensils. This floor also features a toilet and a shower bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find another bathroom with a shower and bathtub, alongside four bedrooms. Two of these bedrooms have double beds with direct balcony access, while the third features a trundle bed, and the fourth offers two single beds, also with balcony access. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, and cots and high chairs can be provided free of charge.

Nestled in a peaceful neighborhood, the chalet is just 550 meters from sandy beaches and coves. Explore the historic center of Son Servera, about 2 km away, or visit the famous Caves of Drach in Portocristo.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
