This 460 m² villa is set on a 15,000 m² finca, offering a stunning outdoor area. The 12m x 4.5m chlorine pool, with a depth of 2m, is surrounded by 10 sun loungers for relaxing in the Mediterranean sunshine. The terrace with barbecue and the well-furnished porch with a sofa and dining table provide the perfect setting for family gatherings. The plot is fully fenced with no direct neighbors.

Inside, the ground floor features a spacious living and dining room with central heating, three sofas, armchairs, and satellite TV. The dining area seats 12, and the kitchen includes another dining table (8 chairs), a gas stove, and all necessary utensils. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available.

The villa has 6 bedrooms: four on the ground floor (two with twin beds and en suite bathrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a double, bunk, and single bed, plus an en suite). A shared bathroom with a shower is also on the ground floor. Upstairs are two bedrooms with twin beds and a bathroom with a bathtub.

Located near the Serra de Llevant mountains, the villa is close to beaches, golf courses, and charming areas like Son Servera, Arta, and Cala Millor.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
