The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace, a TV, a heather and a stereo (wireless). In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a swimming pool and a table tennis table and there are three balconies or terraces and six air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with five showers, four toilets, two baths with showers, eight washbasins and seven hairdryers.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, a stovetop, a coffee maker and an oven.

Inside, floor-to-ceiling windows flood the open-plan living and dining area with light, creating a welcoming and modern atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen boasts top-tier appliances, including two fridges, a coffee machine, and a dishwasher. The villa offers six air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, spread across two floors.

Located just 3 km from the sea and close to local villages like Son Servera and Cala Millor, it is also perfect for golf lovers, with several courses nearby. The tranquil setting and proximity to beaches and amenities make it an ideal retreat.

Extra costs include an additional towel and bed linen change for €350, as well as extra cleaning services at €18 per hour. A private chef is available on demand for a bespoke dining experience. For cleaning, the property provides a weekly service that includes a change of towels and linens.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
