The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and a double bed. The dining room, open to the living room, creates a fluid and comfortable space to share moments with your companions. The kitchen with ceramic hob is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. When it is time to sleep, there are 3 bedrooms, two of them with two single beds and the third with a double bed and en suite bathroom with bathtub. A second bathroom with shower serves the rest of the house. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are available. Finally, the house has a laundry room integrated in the kitchen, equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board for greater comfort during your stay.

For golf enthusiasts, the Son Servera Golf Club is only 4.4 km away. The village of Cala Millor is very close by and there you will find a variety of bars and restaurants where you can sample the rich local gastronomy. Tourist license: ETV/1267The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
