The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two toilets and two washbasins.

Nestled in a serene setting surrounded by vibrant trees and plants, the property features a lovely oval-shaped chlorine pool (4.5 x 3 meters) with depths of 0.8 to 1.2 meters. Enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and a spacious porch, perfect for al fresco dining and barbecues. The pool can be heated for year-round enjoyment, complemented by six sun loungers ideal for relaxing after a delicious meal.

Inside, the finca boasts bright, airy rooms with modern decor that seamlessly connect to the outdoors. The inviting dining and living area features beach-inspired colors, perfect for unwinding with satellite TV or enjoying the air-conditioning. The well-equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, and the laundry room comes with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Two bathrooms—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub—add convenience.

Accommodating up to six guests, the finca offers three bedrooms: one with twin beds and two with double beds, one of which has direct garden access with air-conditioning unit

Located just 1 km from Costa dels Pins beach, this finca is close to other stunning beaches like Cala Bona and Cala Millor. Golf enthusiasts will appreciate nearby courses, while the charming town of Son Servera provides bars, restaurants, and shops.

Please note: the heated pool requires advance notice and a supplement until the end of 2023. From 2024, it will be included in the price for April, May, and October. Pets and events are not permitted. Exterior parking is available for three cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
