The one-storey house has a simple and comfortable style. The large Majorcan entrance leads to the living-dining room, equipped with satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table for 4 people. The semi open kitchen has a gas stove. The separate laundry features a washing machine, iron and ironing board. To rest, the house features 2 bedrooms, both with twin beds and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have direct access to the first of the bathrooms, with a bathtub. There is another bathroom with a shower. Finally, a baby cot, a high chair and gas central heating complete the equipment.

The house is located in the countryside but the town, Son Servera, is only 4 km away. There you can find the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc. The closest beach is sa Marjal a beautiful sandy beach located 7.5 km away, although you will find other beautiful beaches in the area as well. If you like golf you can practice it on the Golf Pula course located just 5.2 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars. There are parking space for 1 cars in the garage.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
