The living room is perfect to prepare your best meals or dinners and then rest on the sofa watching satellite TV. The kitchen offers ceramic hob and is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe; one of them with a double bed and the second one with a trundle bed. There is a bathroom with shower and a toilet that services to the house. The apartment has a cot, high chair, washer, dryer, ironing board and table available.
The location is perfect for those who love the beach, as it is only 10 metres away. Tourist license: ETVPL/14306There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
