The holiday home for 4 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is an air conditioner, a set of garden furniture, a terrace, a swimming pool, a garden and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a washbasin, a bath with shower and a toilet.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer, a washing machine and a fridge.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, an oven and a stovetop.

The house itself features a natural stone façade, adding authentic charm and character to the property. Inside, the rooms are bathed in natural light, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including an Italian coffee maker, refrigerator, gas cooktop, oven, and essential cooking utensils. The dining area, with its stone walls, offers a quaint setting for sharing meals.

The living room is equally charming, with comfortable seating, including a two-seater sofa and two armchairs, and a wood-burning oven for cozy nights in. Satellite TV provides entertainment for all, making it an ideal spot for relaxation.

For families traveling with young children, a crib and highchair can be provided upon request. There is also ample parking for up to two cars outside the property. Please note that a car is necessary for getting around.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
