Exquisitely decorated in a vintage style, with light tones and natural materials, Caluix exudes a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, while the living-dining room offers an open space with a large sofa for relaxing and a large solid wood table for enjoying unforgettable moments in company.

From the living room's glass doors there is access to a magnificent terrace with an outdoor dining area under an awning, perfect for enjoying the panoramic views. The private saltwater swimming pool, surrounded by artificial grass and sun loungers, invites you to soak up the sun during the day and relax in the evening under the colorful lights.

The beautifully decorated bedrooms offer a haven of tranquility and comfort, with the master bedroom fitted with a walk-in closet and a private bathroom with a shower. The other equally charming bedrooms have comfortable double or twin beds, air conditioning and central heating.

IMPORTANT :
- All guests over the age of 16 staying in the holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
