Finca with swimming pool for 6 people located near the village of Sineu, where you will find shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
The nearest beach is just 20 minutes away by car.
The typical Mallorcan stone finca has a living space of 100 m² and is prepared for 6 people. Entering the house you enter the generous living/dining room where there is a cozy fireplace, a dining table, 2 sofas, a TV with satellite channels and WiFi. In the fully equipped American kitchen you can prepare delicious Mediterranean dishes.
In total there are 3 bedrooms with fans (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (1x shower, 1x bathtub).
All bedrooms are on the ground floor, the upper part is used for storage.
There is also air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room. These work with coins.
This property with swimming pool stands out for the beauty and maintenance of the outdoor space. In the garden you will find all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several comfortable seating areas. A barbecue and table tennis are also available.
On the terrace you will find comfortable deck chairs and the 4x6 meter swimming pool will allow you to cool off on hot summer days.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
