General

The holiday home for 6 persons has four bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with six single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and an air conditioner. This charming two-storey house features a 10x4m saltwater pool (0.80-1.80m deep), perfect for refreshing dips or sunbathing on six loungers. In the evening, enjoy family dinners by the barbecue area, equipped with a gas cooker, two ovens, and a wood stove, surrounded by lemon and orange trees.

The house retains its Mallorcan charm with stone walls and wooden beams. The ground floor has a spacious living-dining room with a wood-burning stove and satellite TV, and a kitchen with a gas hob, separated by a small arch. There is also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, plus an additional bathroom with a shower, are also located here.

Upstairs, the third bedroom offers two single beds, a wardrobe, a sitting area, air conditioning with heat pump, and an en-suite bathroom. A cot and high chair can be provided for families with babies. The house is equipped with five radiators for added comfort.

Just a short walk to the charming town of Sineu, where you can enjoy local food and wines at traditional cellers and visit the weekly market for fresh produce. Outdoor enthusiasts can hike or cycle through nearby fields, and beautiful family-friendly beaches like Puerto de Alcúdia and Ca'n Picafort are less than 30 minutes away by car.

Note: Pets and events are not allowed. The property offers exterior parking for three cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
