This country house offers a peaceful outdoor space to relax, featuring deckchairs for sunbathing, a barbecue area under the porch, and a saltwater pool (6 x 3.2 meters, depth 1.2 to 1.6 meters). The fenced property ensures complete privacy.

Inside, the single-storey home is traditional and cozy. The living-dining room, with a fireplace, satellite TV, and a table for 6, leads to a separate kitchen with a gas stove. The sleeping area includes three double bedrooms, each with a fan and wardrobe. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the other two have twin beds, one with its own en-suite bathroom. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available, and a baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request.

Located in Biniali, part of Sencelles but closer to Binissalem, the villa is central for exploring the island. Binissalem offers supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. Palma’s beach is 25.9 km away, and other beautiful beaches like Alcúdia and Can Picafort are to the north. The Tramuntana mountains offer stunning views, and the nearest golf course is 14.5 km away.

Guests must be 30 or older unless part of a family. Passports are required for booking. Pets and events are not allowed. There is parking for 4 cars. Distances: Beach 25.9 km, Airport 31 km, Golf 14.5 km, Town 4.8 km. Tourist license: VT/2038. An Ecotasa tax applies.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
