General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, three air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with two showers, a bath, three toilets and three washbasins.

This finca offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by stunning countryside and mountain views. The 8x4 meter saltwater pool, with a depth ranging from 0.7 to 1.9 meters, is perfect for cooling off after relaxing on one of the 8 sun loungers. You can rinse off under the outdoor shower and enjoy meals or drinks on the porches and terraces, which also feature a BBQ area.

Inside, the spacious dining area and kitchen are open to the living room, where you can cook on the gas hob, share meals, and unwind on the sofa. One bedroom with twin beds and a closet is located near the dining room, along with a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there is a second dining kitchen, an open-plan living area with satellite TV, and three more air-conditioned bedrooms. One has a double bed and terrace, another has twin beds, and the last has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath, and closet. An additional bathroom with a shower completes the floor. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

The villa is 900 meters from Caimari, a tranquil village with bars, restaurants, and a small grocery store. It's ideal for hiking and biking, and Playa de Muro beach is 23.2 km away. Pets and events are not allowed, and the wood stove is unavailable. There is parking for 3 cars.

Tourist license: ETV/3498. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) applies.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
