General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and a twin trundle. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two baths, two toilets, a bidet and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

The exterior area of this two-storey house is very beautiful. The floor on the -1 level exclusively features the garden where you can bask in the sun on one of the 4 sun loungers or where you can read a book or listen to some music in peace. On the other hand, on the main floor where we find the accommodation, you have a lovely terrace which is perfectly furnished to organise delicious breakfasts or barbecues while you admire the wonderful views to the fields. Privacy is partial since this is a town house.

When you enter you feel the delicacy, comfort, warmth and peace all around. The living-dining room is the perfect place to enjoy your meals all together and then rest while watching the TV and cooling down with the AC. Next you find the kitchen which is equipped with a ceramic hob and industrial appliances as well as a small island with two stools. the utility room is independent and offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are three bedrooms where you can rest, all of them with a closet and one also with exit to the terrace. One has a trundle bed and the other two feature a double bed each -one of them with an en-suite bathroom with a tub-. There is a second bathroom with a bath for the rest of the house. A baby cot, a high-chair, three fans and three radiators can be provided. Please, note that the chimneys only are decorative elements.

Selva is a lovely charming village well known thanks to its location at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range. The routes through the paths and the mountain will lead you to different privileged towns and places like Moscari, Caimari, Campanet or the Monastery of Lluc.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
