General

The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, a garden and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two toilets, two bidets and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker, a microwave and an oven.

This spacious 250 m² house features a lovely backyard with a lawn area, a table and chairs for outdoor meals, and a fixed barbecue. An outdoor shower offers a refreshing way to cool off on warm days. At the entrance, a cozy terrace is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or reading a book.

Inside, the bright living room and dining area are open-plan and equipped with air conditioning, a dining table, and comfortable sofas with armchairs for relaxing. A second living room offers additional seating with two sofas. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with a vitro hob, utensils, and a dining table for casual meals. The laundry room is separate and includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The house has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a single bed, and the third with two single beds. All bedrooms are fitted with fans. There are two spacious bathrooms with showers. If traveling with a baby, a crib and high chair can be provided.

Located in Santanyi, just 5 km from the coast, the village offers beautiful coves and pristine beaches perfect for a relaxing vacation. The Natural Park of Mondragó is a must-visit, showcasing local flora and fauna. Note: Guests under 25 years old cannot stay unless they are part of a family. A copy of all guests’ passports is required to confirm the booking. Pets and events are not allowed.

The Balearic Ecotasa tourist tax applies.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
