The property’s spacious garden is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate. It features a private 9x4m saltwater pool (depth 1.2 to 1.8m) surrounded by sun loungers, a barbecue, and a porch for dining or relaxing. A small playhouse is available for children, and the property is fenced with nearby neighbors.

Inside, the two-storey house offers a peaceful retreat. The ground floor has two living rooms with fireplaces, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with a gas cooker. There’s also a room with a built-in barbecue. Upstairs, a mezzanine floor has a third living room. The house has two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are three bedrooms: two on the ground floor (one double, one with two single beds) and a master bedroom upstairs with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and access to two terraces. Additional features include a small gym, five fans, four radiators, and two cots/high chairs for families with babies.

Located in the charming village of Santa María del Camí, the house offers easy access to hiking, cycling, and all necessary services. Inca, a nearby town, has a popular Thursday market. The nearest beach, Platja de Palma, is 20.8 km away, and beaches in the north of the island, like Playa de Alcudia, are easily reachable.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
