General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, three air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with two showers, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a coffee maker.

This beautifully restored antique house combines rustic charm with modern comforts. The exterior features a stunning saltwater pool (9.50 x 3.80 meters, depth 0.8 to 1.80 meters), surrounded by a garden with sunbeds and parasols. Enjoy outdoor dining on the porch with a barbecue area, and a toilet is also available outside. The 14,465 m² finca is fully fenced, offering complete privacy with few neighbors nearby.

Inside, the 180 m² house is spread across two floors. The ground floor boasts a cozy living room with traditional details like a wooden beamed ceiling and a bench by the window. The space is well-lit, with armchairs, a sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood stove for colder nights. The dining room seats 8 and also features a wood stove. The kitchen is independent, with a traditional look and modern appliances, including a vitro ceramic stove. One bedroom with a double bed is located on the ground floor. Upstairs, two more bedrooms are found—one with twin beds and the other with a double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are two bathrooms—one on each floor—and a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. A baby cot and highchair are available upon request.

Santa María del Camí is a charming village with all the services you need. Inca, nearby, hosts a vibrant street market on Thursdays. The nearest beach is in Palma (Can Pere Antoni), while northern beaches like Puerto de Alcudia and Can Picafort are also easily accessible.

Layout

On 2,7 kilometer of Cas Pilot you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 2,8 kilometer. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Cas Pilot in Santa Maria del Camí you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
